For your first visit, athletic shorts and a T-shirt are perfect. Once you join, you can purchase a Jiu-Jitsu gi through the academy. We’ll help you choose the right size and fit.
3. Is Jiu-Jitsu safe for kids and adults?
Yes. Our instructors prioritize safety and proper technique. Kids and adults learn in a controlled, respectful environment focused on discipline, confidence, and injury prevention.
4. How often should I train as a beginner?
Most beginners train 2–3 times per week. This gives you enough consistency to progress quickly without feeling overwhelmed. As you improve, you can add more classes to fit your goals.
